Albert Garcia  - Broker - Owner


Albert started in the real estate business at a very young age. He began his career by managing income producing properties, something which he is still pretty much involved with after almost thirty years.

After he had managed properties for almost ten years, he decided to take his Real Estate career to a higher level, and made the decision to get his real estate license.

Shortly after receiving his R.E License, he began working for one of the largest R.E. franchises in the county. 

It wasn't long before he began standing out from the pack. 

He had only been been an agent for a couple of months before he was awarded the prestigious " Million Dollar Sales Award." something that is awarded only to top producing agents.

A few years later, he decided once again to take his Real Estate career path to an even higher level. 

He went back to school and got a brokers license, and it wasn't long before he was hired by a major franchise firm in Southern California to train their agents. 

After spending sometime training agents he decided to open his own Real Estate office. This is when the Albert Garcia Real Estate company was born. 

Today Albert is both owner and broker of record of the Albert Garcia Real Estate company. His dream is to open multiple offices and eventually become a major franchise.

Agent vs Broker - Know The Difference.


An "agent" is an individual who is licensed to sell property in their state. A "broker" is someone who is licensed to own their own real estate firm. A real estate agent cannot work on their own, they must work under a licensed broker.  A broker is an individual who has taken their real estate career beyond the agent level. 

To become a real estate broker, an individual must first have several years of experience in the business followed by further education, and finally they must take an extensive licensing exam. 

Once all the necessary licensing requirements are met, a broker can sell property independently or choose to open a brokerage firm where they manage and supervise other agents.

Brokers have a lot more freedom and flexibility in working with clients since they don't need a supervising broker to approve their decisions. It’s much more difficult to become a broker, since it requires additional experience, training and licensing.
